    This session will provide participants with an overview of the different types of visas that exist in the United States. It will delve into the specific characteristics and requirements of temporary, student, work and residence visas, as well as the most common mistakes that applicants often make and how to avoid them.
  • 📁 Class 2. The requests.
    This session will address the topic of family petitions and discuss in detail who can petition, applicable family ties, steps to file for a family member (inside or outside the US), and pitfalls common mistakes applicants make and how to avoid them. In addition, the specific requirements of family petitions will be reviewed and a step-by-step guide on how to go through the process will be provided.
  • 📁 Class 3. Tourist visa and Overstay.
    In this session, we will delve into the activities that can be carried out under the tourist visa, the differences between the tourist visa and the residence visa, and the intricacies that this visa has for foreigners. In addition, the most common causes of overstay will be analyzed in detail, the consequences of this fact and the options available to solve this problem.

    This session will delve into the process of primary inspection and secondary inspection upon entering the United States. Participants will learn to identify the most common mistakes foreigners make during the inspection process and how to avoid them.
  • 📁 Class 5. Entrepreneur visas.
    This session will analyze in detail the different visas that can be obtained by traders, investors or entrepreneurs in the United States, and will review the specific requirements to obtain them. Participants will also learn about the most common mistakes made in the application process and how to avoid them.
  • 📁 Class 6. Asylum and special visas.
    This session will delve into the asylum application process, the problems that may arise in this process, the most common mistakes and how to avoid them. The characteristics of special visas, such as U, T and VAWA visas, and the specific requirements to obtain them will also be discussed.
  • 📁 Class 7. TN Visa.
    In this session, the TN visa, its requirements and benefits for Mexican professionals will be reviewed in detail thanks to the treaty between Mexico, the US and Canada (T-MEC). Participants will learn how to apply for this visa, how to avoid common mistakes, and how to take advantage of it to improve their employment situation in the United States.

    This session will analyze the fundamental concepts for deportation cases, such as inadmissibility, ineligibility, expedited deportation, among many others.     This session will analyze the situations in which you can apply for residency in the US through marriage or courtship.
